The CAT12 LTE modem inside the outdoor router provides a max 600Mbps download, and 150Mbps upload speed. It has a Nano SIM card slot and global LTE spectrum to support worldwide 4G networks.

The exclusive outdoor enclosure was die-casted from ADC12 aluminum by 100-ton pressure with a white weather-proof coating and a set of seals & gaskets to protect against water and dust.

The image below shows the basic working principle of the CAT12 outdoor 4G router.

The CAT12 outdoor 4G router has MIMO Wi-Fi hotspots on dual bands 2.4GHz & 5.8GHz and supports a wireless Wi-Fi relay connection. It has a powerful Wi-Fi booster that covers 150-300 yards in the open space.

Complying with 802.3af/at PoE standard, the outdoor 4G router uses a LAN cable to transmit 52Volt DC power and 1Gbps Ethernet data. You can use a maximum 50-meter LAN cable from the default PoE injector or an alternative PoE switch.
